Order Tracking

- A $40 address modification charge will apply if you provided an incorrect delivery address or request to switch your shipping location.
- Delivery schedules may experience minor delays due to lingering impacts of COVID-19.
We arrange shipment for most orders on the same day or the following working day once payment is confirmed. During peak shopping seasons, orders will be dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment receipt. Holidays and company off-days are not counted within this processing window.
14-Day Return Terms
We value every customer greatly. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased items for any reason, you can submit a return request within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel (detailed rules are listed below). After we receive your returned goods, you may pick one of the three solutions: exchange for alternative products, store credit for future purchases, or a full refund to your original credit card.
You will cover the return delivery cost alongside a 15% restocking fee. All refund prerequisites are stated below.
Return Procedures
Please reach out to our team via email if you intend to return your order. Kindly review all the requirements prior to sending your message:
- Items must be sent back with their original packaging intact;
- All original accessories including plastic bags, display boxes and hang tags must be included in the return package;
- The buyer bears all delivery fees for the return shipment;
- We take no liability for lost or damaged packages before they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly suggest you add shipping insurance and retain the tracking number when sending items back.
Order Cancellation Rules
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched and is en route to you, all shipping costs will fall on you. Once the package leaves our warehouse, both outbound and return delivery fees will be charged. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied to all cancelled shipped orders. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeline
All our logistics services are provided by 4PX. Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days, with exact transit durations differing across different regions.
