What is Aerudons’ Return Policy?
You may apply for a refund and return your goods within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel in accordance with Aerudons’ rules. Once the 14-day window expires without any return application submitted, we will be unable to process your refund request per our official policy.
If you qualify for our return terms, please be aware that return shipping expenses will be at your own cost if you return items due to personal preference. Meanwhile, all returned products and their original packaging must remain intact and undamaged.
If you wish to return goods because of product defects or malfunctions, please take clear photos or videos of the faulty items and get in touch with our team first. We will fully cover your return shipping fees and arrange a full refund for you. Alternatively, you can opt for a free replacement shipment together with a special discount offer.
How to Initiate a Return Request?
To kick off the return procedure, send an email to support@aerudons.com, stating your order number and the specific reason for returning the goods.
What Can I Do If I Cannot Find My Order Number?
We can retrieve your order information with your registered email address, full legal name and the shipping address used for the purchase. You may also locate your order number inside your Aerudons member account, on the packing slip attached to your parcel, or within your order confirmation email.
How to Properly Pack Returned Items?
Use a sturdy cardboard box to send back your goods, and place a note with your order ID inside the package. Fill empty gaps with bubble wrap or packing foam to prevent product damage during transit. Any items broken or scratched due to insufficient packaging will not qualify for a refund.
Our official return address will be provided to you by Aerudons after you contact support. Please do not send back parcels without prior communication with our team, to avoid unnecessary trouble and losses. Kindly note that the return address differs from the delivery address printed on your original shipping label.
How Long Does Aerudons Take to Handle Return Requests?
After your returned parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team requires 5 to 7 working days to complete inspection and processing. Once your return application is approved, the refund will be released within 48 hours.
- For US credit card payments: Refunds usually reflect on your account within 2–3 business days.
- For international credit card payments: Funds may take 5–7 working days to show up, and delays can occur depending on your bank’s processing rules.

Do I Have to Send Back Complimentary Free Gifts When Returning My Order?
No, you are welcome to keep all free promotional gifts included with your original purchase.
Will Aerudons Supply Pre-Paid Return Shipping Labels?
We do not offer pre-printed return shipping labels, nor do we cover domestic or international return delivery fees under general circumstances, excluding special fault-related cases.
What If My Return Parcel Goes Missing During Transit?
We strongly advise you to keep your return tracking number safe until Aerudons confirms receipt and processing of your package. Remember to take a photo of your courier shipping receipt for backup evidence in case of lost shipments.
Refunds cannot be issued for parcels that never reach our warehouse. However, we can assist you in filing a shipping claim if you provide a tracking number showing confirmed delivery to our facility.
Why Is My Refund Amount Less Than My Original Payment?
Original order shipping charges are non-refundable and will be subtracted from your refund total in most cases. Partial refunds will also apply under specific scenarios:
- Returns caused by personal reasons: You are responsible for all return shipping fees, charged according to your chosen courier’s standard rates.
- Returns caused by our errors (damaged or incorrect items delivered): You will not need to cover any return delivery costs.
Important Reminders
- All returned products must be placed back into their original packaging boxes. A supplementary $20 fee will be charged if the original box is lost or unavailable.
- A $40 extra delivery surcharge will be charged to customers under the following two scenarios:
a. Delivery failure resulting from an incorrect shipping address submitted at checkout;b. Customer rejection or unclaimed parcels upon arrival.
